Who: Mya and Caleb
When: 11:15am
Where: On the Phone

Mya was in her office and had just managed to get a moment off the floor. The past few days had been beyond hectic for her, more stress than normal seeing as she hadn't heard from Brian and what with him not having come back when he was supposed to. She'd texted him and he texted back that he was ok, just detained so she hoped things would iron themselves out soon, but it did leave her with a lot more work than she normally had. This is the only reason she let Tensiel go so long without showing. By now she was worried more than upset so she sifted through her address book to find the number she'd given.

Mya called the Lockwood residence (the number she'd given her), and waited for an answer. She hoped Tensiel was ok.

Caleb heard the phone ringing, and groaned a little, pushing himself up to trudge into the other room and answer. "Yeah?" he asked, voice hoarse from sleep and feeling not at all awake enough to be dealing with people on the phone.

Mya was pleased someone answered, although it almost sounded like she woke said person. That wasn't her intention. "Hello, I'm hoping I have the right number. My name is Mya Curtis, and this is the contact number that my employee Tensiel gave me, I was wondering if she was there." She knew that when Ten had interviewed that she said her housing was temporary and that she didn't have a cell phone (which is the number that a lot of her employees gave her- not wanting her to call and have their parents or roommates or someone answering).

"Oh, shit, sorry, I was supposed to talk to you. She's sick. She'll need a few days before she can come back in." Caleb said, feeling bad that he'd not done that already. Damnit.

Mya furrowed her brow. "Is it serious?" She asked, last she'd seen Tensiel she was just fine, no signs that she was getting sick at all, unless she hid it well.

"Um...she'll be a bit. She was kinda injured. She'll be okay, she's being taken care of, but she's going to need to take it easy for a while. I'm sorry, I hope this doesn't lose her her job." Caleb said, leaning against the wall.

"Of course not!" Mya said, almost aghast that anyone would think she'd do such a thing. Firing someone for being sick? Never. Especially when she's someone who did need help in other ways so much. "You tell her that if she needs any help what so ever just to let me know. And thank you."

"You're welcome, and I'll tell her. Thank you." Caleb said, and he actually did sound grateful. He knew Ten would be hella upset if she lost her job. So yeah. Her not losing her job? Awesome.

"Well I'll go ahead and take her off the schedule until she's better. Have her call me once she is and I'll make sure she gets right back on." Mya said. "Have a nice day, and send her by best wishes." It shouldn't be hard to find people to cover Ten's shifts, a lot of people wanted more shift, and Mya wasn't afraid to give overtime if she needed to.
