confusion
who: eben and stacey
where: downtown
when: noon
Eben was decidedly confused. It was difficult, walking around town, watching all the lines of chaos and where they led back to. Whatever was going on in town had the lines going fucking insane. He'd never seen it before. It was like chaos had just wandered into town, pissed all over the place, and hung out for a while. It was far more concentrated than he was used to, that was for damn sure.
With everything happening, he also just...wasn't at all sure what the fuck to think of it all. Normally, he was pretty laid back, didn't worry about a whole lot--if anything at all--and yeah. That was more or less it. He did his art projects, he went to school, he talked to people. What he didn't do was deal with a town in the middle of...well. He didn't know if it was a 'war zone' but he'd heard the term tossed around. Which was fucked up.
All in all, he was in a quiet place in his head, trying to figure it out as he went for a walk. He hit Harlow park, and sat down on one of the swings, but he didn't push off quite yet. Instead, he stared at the grass of the park, blowing in the wind, not as bright as it should be, considering the weather.
