Fights are so passe

Who: Aaron, the posse and open!
Where: Cafeteria and NOT out by the flagpole
When: Lunch

There was no way Aaron was going to to that damn flagpole to fight a girl, just no way. Instead he stalked off to the cafeteria and sat down with a dramatic sigh next to Heather - much to Brett's annoyance. "Did anyone look outside?" He asked. "Seriously? People are actually going out there, like there's going to be an actual fight. Like I'm actually going to go out there and beat up some girl."

"When you're actually staying in here?" Brett said sarcastically but Heather shot him a look.

"She's obviously brain damaged," she told Aaron, then cooed sympathetically at the bruise on his jaw. "Guess that STD she got from Gabe is doing fast work of rotting her brain. I thought it usually took months but there we go. I bet you that inbred bitch then gave it to her brother too."

See? That's what friends were for, making him laugh when everything really sucked and Aaron would have given her a hug if Brett wasn't still stupidly wary of him being canoodlie with his girlfriend. As if Aaron wanted to hit that. Hello! Gay! "You're a superstar," he told her instead with a smile that equaled a hug in his mind, approving and even a little adoring. "So he got that from Chrissy, huh?"

"Yeah," Heather laughed. "Clearly. Good thing she wasn't pregnant. This town is wacky enough without mutant syphilis babies running rampant. Gross. We'll make sure everyone knows."

At least they were getting a chuckle out of this but Aaron still felt anxious underneath it all. It was one thing to be decked by a guy but being dragged out by a girl would be super humiliating and he doubted Brett would do shit even if Heather asked him to. He was probably stronger than her but fighting wasn't his strong suit and Breezy looked insane. Insane people fought dirty! At least the cafeteria had teachers around.
