Eury was standing in an old town square, which wasn't really the town square any longer, considering it had sprawled out and it's epicenter was farther to the east now, but what had been about a century in some change since it was the middle of town. There were three statues in it. A maiden, mother and crone. Tears streaked from their eyes, and she kept gazing at them with a disquiet feeling. She knew that the only way this had happened was if her mother had specifically set it up.

And that was something she didn't really want to think about. Either way, she had her phone to her ear as she listened to it ringing, waiting to see if Ash would answer.
