It was cold outside and there was snow, but that would not stop Lottie from going out. On the contrary, it only meant she had to dress warmer. So she left her apartment and hit the streets at Trick-or-Treating time intent on see all the kiddie costumes. The entire time she was out she saw rather strange things, but really paid no mind to them. She was out to enjoy people watching.

As it dwindled to the point were the Trick-or-Treater's were getting tired and everyone was about to head back to their homes she turned to head back toward Tourville. Thankfully her walk warmed her up a bit so she was not as cold as she could be. The only problems were her hands, since she had forgone wearing gloves due to the rings, and her legs. One of the downside to dresses in the winter time. As she walked she decided to take a round about route and so ended up going by the Marquette City Park Cemetery. After about a minute into her passing it she came to a dead stop.

Exactly why were there people roaming the cemetery?
