Who: Derek & Jules
When: Around 6PM Berlin Time
Where: Derek's hotel room

Jules grabbed her laptop and PDA along with all the other things she knew Derek might need with her when she went over the itinerary for the next day. Making her way to his room she made sure to put on her best smile for her new boss. She reached his room and tapped lightly on the door, awaiting permission to enter.

After a moment Derek opened the door, once she had stepped in he let it go and moved over to the mirror and picked up his comb from the counter. He did greet her with a quick 'Evening' before going back to getting himself ready.

Jules pulled out her PDA and went over the schedule quickly for him. "Okay sir, you have a 10am conference call with London. A client lunch again for contract negotiations which will run from then to five or whenever you've settled all details. Then you have an 8pm conference call with Chicago." She gave him a smile into the mirror and sat her laptop down on the table, pulling a notepad and pen out of her purse she looked back up to him. "Is there anything you'd like done before tomorrow sir?" she questioned, putting the pen to the paper.

Derek furrowed his brow in thought as he placed the comb down. He walked over to one of the chairs and pulled his tie off the back of it. "There are a few things." He nodded. "I'm going to need a 9am wake up call." Derek turned back to the mirror and pulled the tie around his neck. "I'm also going to need a printed copy of the files on the job in London- contact Charles' assistant Margaret, she should have it as well as the outline for the conference call with Chicago."

She nodded with each thing he said, writing it down and committing it to memory. "9am wake up call." She reached into her bag and pulled out a copy of the files on the London job and handed them to the man. "These are the London files. I've already spoken with Margaret, the outline is here." she said pulling that file out as well. Efficiency was key. "Anything else sir?" she questioned.

"Yes." He said as he started to loop his tie. If he had that much time to be efficient and prep things without him telling her, then he did have plenty for her to do. "I'm planning on working out of Marquette mostly full time now so I need to make sure that all my contact numbers in Chicago get forwarded to my home number as well as my mail." He looped the tie again and tightened it around his neck. "I'm going to need a hard copy of all current proposal files as well as make sure that new information gets sent to the new address. I'll also need a copy of all the personal, AP and AR files. I'll need the inbox from my Chicago office as well as all my private files- Joseph has the key- transferred to Marquette. I want them all there by the time we get back."

She nodded as she copied down what he requested. "I'll be sure to get in touch with Joseph for the private files. And I'll be working on getting the hard copy of the proposal files and the Personal, AP & AR files while you're at the Gala." She made sure to write down that he wanted them in Marquette ASAP. She wasn't one to cut corners. She looked up at him awaiting anything else he might have for her to do.

Derek walked into the bedroom of the suite to fetch his jacket, starting to talk again on his way. "I need you to contact Peter in LA and tell him to send the email, he'll know which one I'm talking about, tell him it goes to everyone." He said thinking that he might as well start making good on his threat so long as he had someone to help him. "I'm going to need breakfast delivered in the morning, make sure it arrived ten minutes after my wake-up call. I want one order of two eggs scrambled with feta and tomatoes and wheat toast with grape jam and one order of French toast with powered sugar, a side of fruit and one egg over easy." Derek had full intentions on bringing Heidi back to the hotel with him.

She raised an eyebrow at his order, but said nothing. She wrote down 'Call Peter in LA - tell him send email' and then made sure to get the orders correct as she wrote them down. '10 minutes after wake up call' was written next to the food list. "Got it." she said as she finished writing. "Anything else for you Mr. Price?" she questioned.

He stepped back into the front room, pulling on his jacket. "Yes, there is a list of people. Dennis in New York can get it to you. I need you to call them all and tell them you're calling for Mr. Price and that they're going to need to pick up some mangos." Derek knew his last order sounded positivly absurd, but she had no way of knowing that Peter's email was going to the list of people that Dennis had and the password to get into said email was 'mangos'. She also didn't know she'd be calling a bunch of hunters aliases and informing them about a job he was hiring on. "If you can't reach anyone on the list don't leave a message, you need to speak with them personally. I want a list of everyone you reached, who you got voicemail for and which numbers are no longer in service." He walked over to his briefcase and pulled out a cellphone. "Make all the calls on here."

She wrote down his requests with a raised eyebrow. She thought it was an odd request but she wasn't about to question it. As she finished writing she reached out for the cellphone. "Yes sir. I'll be sure to do that as well." she agreed. She smiled up at him, flashing her teeth and tucking a strand of her dark hair behind her ear. "Is that all?" she questioned as if he'd only given her a short list.

"That's it." Derek shook his head as he picked up his wallet, phone and a small velvet box from the table by the door. He opened it and stepped out.

Before the door even closed, Derek stepped back inside. "Oh, I want that list first thing in the morning, I want to review it over breakfast." He told her before giving her a small smile and leaving for the Gala.

She nodded even though he had already left the room. It was a long list and though she'd not expected such a short time frame to get it all done in, she was positive that he'd be pleased when he saw the list at breakfast. She left his room, heading back to her own to begin working on the things that he'd requested.
